Use these external one-way controllers to manually regulate the power input to your laboratory heating equipment. Each heating controller features two indicators: “Power On” white neon light and “Mantle/Bunsen Heater On” amber neon light. As you turn the control dial clockwise to increase power, the amber indicator light begins to pulsate. Once maximum power is reached, the light will glow continually. Heating controllers come with a short mains lead with an IEC socket for connecting to the resistive load. Easily place on benchtop or mount on a 1/2″ (12.5 mm) diameter rod using the included support rod clamp. Please Note: Effective May 2022, the Electrothermal heating controller Model number MC227 has now been rebranded Cole-Parmer under Model number of CN-200-2300. All the same great features and specifications, just with a new and improved look.
