The Azure 400 offers 3-channel fluorescent detection for Western blots, chemiluminescent detection with the speed and sensitivity of film, and sensitive imaging for standard EtBr and protein gels. In addition to multiplex Westerns, the Azure 400 is a high-performance chemiluminescent imager and gel documentation workstation. This fluorescent imager provides accurate and fast chemiluminescent detection, as well as the sensitivity, dynamic range, and linearity needed for quantitative blot analysis.

The Azure 400 can be field upgraded to the Azure 600 for applications detecting NIR700/NIR800 or similar fluorochromes.

Our systems feature Auto-Focus, Auto-Illumination and Filter Control, and Auto-Image Capture. An integrated touchscreen allows ease of use and it can easily be controlled by an external PC, if required.
