Membrane Filtration Unit ( MFU )

Wagtech kits are supplied as standard with MLSB media for enumerating total/faecel coliforms. The kits can then be extended by ordering sterile, dehydrated culture media, in the format of NutriDiscs that target more specific organisms such as E. coli. These NutriDiscs can be used in the standard Wagtech incubators, and also in the flexible Potaflex incubator. The Potaflex offers the additional advantage of allowing for both plate-based tests such as NutriDiscs, alongside alternative media delivery devices such as Dipslides.
