These vacuum ovens feature a stainless steel internal tubing and compression fittings to provide a higher ultimate vacuum ideal for botanicals and cannabis applications. The oil-filled mechanical vacuum gauge offers accurate reading and longer gauge life. The stainless-steel vacuum and vent valves give you a cleaner connection, more accurate control, and long-term durability. PID LCD controllers also allow you to keep oven temperature and heated shelves accurate.
The ovens include an adjustable gas back fill capability with needle valve and vent port along with a KF25 vacuum and barbed purge port. Four strips of LEDs make it easy to monitor your samples through the dual layer window with ½” tempered safety glass. Built-in alarm alerts you when oven has been shut down by safety circuitry due to out of range temperature.
The 25 and 50L models feature five-side heating for effective dispensing of heat. The 90 and 216L models feature four heated shelves which are individually monitored by the temperature controller to provide uniform temperature to each shelf.
