We are pleased to be able to offer maintenance and service of for all Cole-Parmer equipment sold in the region. The initial phase will be focused on the Bibby Scientific portfolio that includes Jenway, Techne, Stuart, Electrothermal and PCRmax with a plan to scale up to include the rest of the Cole-Parmer range.
The Excellence Centre has been established at the regional headquarters in Cyprus with the aim in covering repairs and service of all equipment within warranty and out of warranty.

In order to ensure maximum uptime, and optimised performance of your equipment we recommend regular scheduled maintenance check and service of your equipment. The period of scheduled maintenance is dependent upon the type of equipment you are using; however, we would recommend a yearly preventative service as a policy.

What should I do if I need service?
Please ensure to include as much information as possible about the part required, the instrument model, serial number, sales order number and description. A picture of the part required if available, can always prove helpful.
What if I want peace of mind?
We offer a full range of services including: – preventative maintenance (PM), breakdown repair, and operational qualification (OQ) contracts. We can also provide technical support and training customised to your needs.
